3. Shipping Policy

We process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping practices below:

• We only ship via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number provided to you upon shipment.

• If a client wants a rush order, they can email a request to: oroverdecustomerservice@gmail.com.

• Additional shipping fees will apply to any rush order requests.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• We only process orders once payment is verified.

• Typical processing time is 3 days.
   

4. Return / No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products (hemp balms and hemp lotions), we maintain a strict non-returnable policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. We do not accept returns or issue any credits toward future products. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at the email provided in the Contact Information section with photographic evidence, and we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
